With the new Quest 150, Pakboats has managed a real coup: the combination of a stiff construction with a simple and quick assembly. The whole thing is combined with good driving characteristics and a weight that is typical for Pakboats: just 14.74 kg at a length of 455 cm! This is achieved by the light and extremely robust PU skin material. The linkage is reduced to a necessary minimum and has a tensioning mechanism that is as simple as it is efficient. The PU-coated hood is included in the scope of delivery and allows a stable attachment of an apron. The Quest 150 can also be paddled open, i.e. without a canopy, as the seat structure is installed completely independently. In addition to the advantage of easy loading, the Quest almost conveys a sit-on-top feeling when cruising open, although it will certainly be used mostly in the closed form as a touring kayak. The Quest is designed for touring paddling, has a sleek boat shape and is delivered with the hood as standard. The Quest has an unbeatably small pack size in a sports bag format, is easy and quick to set up and is very light in weight. The Quest 150 is the ideal take-along boat for the more ambitious paddler.
